VVS and Tyson Foods in Amarillo, Texas recently held a Grand Re-Opening of the harvest side cafeteria after a remodel at that location. In addition to it’s previous offerings, the cafeteria now has a full salad bar, digital signage and an expanded footprint to allow better flow through the cafe. VVS Site Manager, Matt Liming recently won the First Annual VVS Foodie Award for his submission of Premium Pizzas! These Personal Premium Pizzas will include the Memphis BBQ, Philly Cheesesteak, Chicken Alfredo and Taco Pizzas!

JBS in Cactus, Texas recently held a healh fair for their employees. VVS was on hand to give away healthy cookbooks, giftcards to the cafeteria, water bottles and other health related items. Menu items featured in the cafeteria that day were pulled from the healthy cookbooks! Check out some of the photos below!
This edition of our Employee Spotlight features Molly Rowe, site manager at VVS’ cafeteria at Tyson in Perry, Iowa. Molly has been in the foodservice industry for 17 years, having managed limited service hotels and owning her own catering company before joining VVS. She enjoys creating new and different food dishes for her family (husband, Brent, and 3 children), as well as taking long-distance bicycle rides. She and her husband even rode in the annual bike ride across Iowa, called Ragbrai. Molly told VVS, “One of my proudest accomplishments was catering for a wedding; the bride was Nigerian and she wanted some traditional Nigerian dishes offered. She came into my kitchen and taught me how to create these meals for the reception.” Welcome to the VVS team, Molly!
