VVS’ newest Micro Market was installed at Sysco in Lincoln, Nebraska. The new market includes a better variety of snacks and drinks as well as an updated modern look.
Testing New Menu Items
In our search to bring you quality products, VVS recently tested new menu items for use in our cafeterias. VVS staff Matt Schneider (DM), John Keifer (COO) and Michaela Arndt (Procurement Manager) worked with Sysco Chef Brian Everman and National Account Executive Mark Neumayer to source new products for use in our cafeterias.
